The following are a few custom indicators that I have put together that I use with my ThinkOrSwim© charts. For more information on the ThinkOrSwim© charting interface including how to import indicators please refer to the TOS video page.

Use this information any way you like and if you have any thoughts or suggestions on how to improve anything presented here, please let me know. Note that I like to spend more time trading and data-mining then I do writing code so if you are looking for custom scripts please search the internet for those resources. There are plenty!

To make downloads easier for both of us, these download files are simple text files that will either open automatically or be downloaded into your designated folder. Simply copy the text and paste it into the code window in TOS, name it, and you're done. Volume Label Video Watch this video to see how this custom volume label allows me to see specific volume information.

The BTT_Multi_Volume_Label will show you four different aspects of volume. 1) Yesterday's volume. 2) Today's volume. 3) The percent increase or decrease in today's volume compared to yesterday's volume. 4) The current volume of the current price bar. The labels are color coded based on volume values. There is also a simple volume only label (just for you AJ!) to quickly show you today's current volume. All aspects of the volume are derived from the regular trading hours. When the regular trading session begins the volume labels will begin to function correctly.

Moving Average Label Video Watch this video to see how this custom moving average plot and label works.

The BTT_3MA_Plot_Label will plot 3 moving averages based on the daily chart on the current chart you are viewing along with a label showing those moving average values. If you are trading from the 1-minute chart you will see the daily moving averages plotted on the chart along with a label for those moving average values. This negates the need to change to the daily chart to see where those moving average are.

The BTT_Spot_Plot indicator allows you to enter either buy or sell price levels and plots a green horizontal line for a buy area or a red horizontal line for a sell area.
